Descendants of Jesus
Solemn Assembly in the Salt Lake Temple, July 2, 1899, Meeting Notes Utah State Historical Society, p. 376; “There are those in this audience who are descendants of the Lord’s Twelve Apostles-and, shall I say it, yes, descendants of the Savior himself! His seed is represented in the body of these men.” – George Q. Cannon
Romans 3:13; “Their throat is an open sepulchre; with their tongues they have used deceit; the poison of asps is under their lips.”
Where is just one hint anywhere in the Bible that Jesus was married?
You see, God doesn’t need us. God doesn’t need anything or anyone as He exists outside of time and space. His desire is to have a relationship with us and for us to follow His wise counsel that He provided in His word.
God is self-existent as He tells us in John 1:1-3, Col. 1:O15-16 and as stated earlier He created everything for His good pleasure – Revelation 4:11.
We’re His children through adoption and in no other way – John 1:12, Ephesians 1:5, Galatians 4:4-6.
