This afternoon has been a harrowing ordeal for my family.
My youngest daughter texted me to let me know she was in lockdown at her dorm. She had just left her class and five minutes later a gunman entered and opened fire at Otto Miller Hall.
A dorm mate was missing for sometime, but later we found out she’s safe.
At this point one person has passed away so we’re asking you pray for all involved and for the families who have been affected. One female has life threatening injuries.
Staff members tackled the gunman and held him until SWAT arrived.
