God’s Disagreement with Joseph Smith

Doctrine and Covenants 42:18; “And now, behold, I speak unto the church. Thou shalt not kill; and he that kills shall not have forgiveness in this world, nor in the world to come.”

3 Nephi 30:2; “Turn, all ye Gentiles, from your wicked ways; and repent of your evil doings, of your lyings and deceivings, and of your whoredoms, and of your secret abominations, and your idolatries, and of your murders, and your priestcrafts, and your envyings, and your strifes, and from all your wickedness and abominations, and come unto me, and be baptized in my name, that ye may receive a remission of your sins, and be filled with the Holy Ghost, that ye may be numbered with my people who are of the house of Israel.”

1 John 1:9; “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”

Apparently the Lord disagrees with what ol’ Joe had to say! If God says He’ll forgive us of our sins, who is Smith to say He won’t?

According to Smith, neither King David, Moses, nor the Apostle Paul made it into heaven. Can you just imagine such a thing???

Which of Smith’s prophecies do you believe from this selection today?

If you believe what he prophesied in Kirtland, OH in 1831 then you must toss what he prophesied in the Book of Mormon through his supposed prophet Nephi in 34 AD. Either way, it proves Smith was a false prophet!

Remember what Isaiah said in his warning to the Israelites about false prophets  –

Isaiah 8:20 “To the law and to the testimony: If they speak not according to this word, It is because there is no light in them.”
