The foundational belief system of the Mormon Church is the antithesis of monotheism. Pray for the Mormon you know who believes they’ll become a god/goddess someday. Also be sure to share your concern for them about God’s commandment of having no other gods. Ask what they will say to God about His commandment and their beliefs.
