Secret Oaths and Tithes

 July 18 – Secret Oaths and Tithes. John 18:20; “Jesus answered him, I spake openly to the world; I ever taught in the synagogue, and in the temple, whither the Jews always resort; and in secret have I said nothing”.

All sacred ceremonies for Mormons are performed in their temples. These buildings are for the very elect in Mormonism. If you haven’t tithed your 10% to the church, and sat through the bishop’s interview to receive your temple recommend, you cannot take out your endowments inside the temple. For the Mormon this is absolutely necessary in order to receive a full salvation.

With this in mind, ask the Mormon you know for their opinion on what Jesus said in John’s gospel.
