ChurchNews.com “President M. Russell Ballard, “No matter how you pray or to whom you pray, please exercise your faith — whatever your faith may be — and pray for your country and for your national leaders. … This is not about politics or policy. This is about peace and the healing that can come to individual souls as well as to the souls of countries.” — M. Russell Ballard
James 2:19 “Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.”
As I was gathering info for our article today, I received an e-mail from Melissa asking me if I’d read the article in LDS Church News. I had, but for the sake of brevity, we’re using this one today – ha!
Here’s what Melissa had to say in her note –
““To whom you pray”? Who is he suggesting people pray to?”
Calling for prayers to whatever god you believe in is a sign you’re not following Jesus Christ. No believer would call out for prayers of a different faith for peace on earth. Let’s make it clear, we’re not talking about different Christian faiths.
In the Church’s latest clamoring to be inclusive, we can be assured of their true intent.
Pray for members to see through the lies of this man!
With Love in Christ;
Michelle
