 April 8 — Misplaced Priorities. Philippians 3:10 “That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death.”

Being like Jesus entails walking to Jerusalem, just as He did. Are you on your way? The roadblocks encountered should never be the focus of a true disciple.

When our focus is on believing what He can do, we’ll soon see how He’s changed our behavior. This is how we truly know Him.

The only way to do this is by dying to self. The talk by Mr. Scott is filled with misplaced priorities. God’s Spirit transforms us, not our experiences!
