Bishops Must be Literal Descendants of Aaron

 February 15 — Doctrine and Covenants 68:18 “No man has a legal right to this office, to hold the keys of this priesthood, except he be a literal descendant and the firstborn of Aaron.”

Titus 1:7-9 “For a bishop must be blameless, as the steward of God; not self-willed, not soon angry, not given to wine, no striker, not given to filthy lucre;  ⁸ But a lover of hospitality, a lover of good men, sober, just, holy, temperate;  ⁹ Holding fast the faithful word as he hath been taught, that he may be able by sound doctrine both to exhort and to convince the gainsayers.”

I don’t know of any bishop that I’ve met that’s Jewish, let alone a descendant of Aaron.

Besides all that, this qualifies as a false prophecy! The Bible didn’t say bishops had to be a descendant of Aaron.

In a loving manner ask a Mormon if the bishop they know is related to Aaron. Also be sure to pray!
