Doctrines of Salvation 1:74; “ADAM AND OTHERS HELPED IN CREATION. It is true that Adam helped to form this earth. He labored with our Savior Jesus Christ. I have a strong view or conviction that there were others also who assisted them. Perhaps Noah and Enoch; and why not Joseph Smith, and those who were appointed to be rulers before the earth was formed? We know that Jesus our Savior was a Spirit when this great work was done. He did all of these mighty works before he tabernacled in the flesh.” – Joseph Fielding Smith

Isaiah 37:16; “O LORD of hosts, God of Israel, that dwellest between the cherubims, thou art the God, even thou alone, of all the kingdoms of the earth: thou hast made heaven and earth.”

Let’s see this and many other verses in the Bible clearly state that God alone created the heavens and the earth.  Neither Adam nor ol’ Joe Smith were mentioned in the planning or implementing process of putting the earth on its axis or hanging and naming the stars in the heavens.  Jesus, yes – others like Noah, Enoch and or rulers weren’t mentioned at all.  Hmmm…so much for prophetic surmising.
