Gods

Discourses of Brigham Young, pg 245; “Intelligent beings are organized to become Gods, even the Sons of God, to dwell in the presence of the Gods, and become associated with the highest intelligences that dwell in eternity. We are now in the school, and must practice upon what we receive. 8:160.”

Isaiah 43:10-11; “Ye are my witnesses, saith the LORD, and my servant whom I have chosen: that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me. 11 I, even I, am the LORD; and beside me there is no saviour.”

How can you believe there is more than one God when the Bible so clearly teaches otherwise?  What part of this passage has been translated incorrectly?  Who translated it incorrectly?  When was it translated incorrectly?  Where was it translated incorrectly?  What was the correct translation?  Why was there an incorrect translation and for what purpose was this done?
