Typically I have my postings written up to a month in advance and then post them automatically to the date I need/want them to be read.
About ten days ago I came down with a cold and while battling that I had a severe reaction to seasonal allergies. While I love all the gorgeous pink blossoms on flowering cherry and plum trees in my area, they cause me and my sinuses a great deal of grief. To complicate matters I have MS – no boring days in my life! Without going into ad nausea detail I need to be well for my treatments and this is where you come in!
I need some prayer – now! The other day my youngest daughter Axi and I were at a store shopping for groceries, etc. When I got to the car I had an MS problem arise and while in severe pain the Lord showed both Axi and I that He is our consummate healer and provider.
I prayed the blood of Jesus over my ailing body part with full confidence He would remove the pain so I could walk, not to mention sit up straight and immediately (yes, immediately) the pain vanished!
I share this story of just another day in my life for a number of reasons, but firstly to give glory to Him! I pray Mormons might see this and want to know this Jesus I testify of. You see, this isn’t the first time this type of thing has taken place with me and my MS. I’ve learned to be in constant prayer to Him and in daily conversations because of my unbridled need for Jesus. He’s healed me of so many health anomalies caused from the MS, and rescued me countless times from moments of great physical pain and from this I know I can count on Him – repeatedly!
The Mormon Dilemmas will continue tomorrow. Fatigue and pain from the MS demanded my immediate attention; therefore, I needed to obey.
My mission for this ministry God has given to me is to inform the public, Christians and Mormons alike, about Mormonism. I’m not here to talk about me per se, other than to give examples from my 30 years of experiences of being a Mormon and almost twenty years of ministry to them. I pray this above all else shows forth to bring glory to Him. We’ve been blessed a million times over at Life After by leading countless people to the Lord and MS or no MS, the work will continue! Sometimes real life behind the scenes presents itself in a manner that has to be taken care of straightaway – thus my letter here…
While I’ve addressed this to a disgruntled Mormon by the name of Marvin here on the site, I’ve also responded to a half dozen or so private e-mails from Mormons asking why I’ve not immediately responded to their inquiries as well. Please pray for the Mormons who are anxious and angry. This reaction isn’t from the Lord!
I want to take a quick moment to thank all the readers – I’m VERY appreciative of your presence and grateful you take time from your busy day to visit us! There are some here that are LDS and who come here for info on the Church to answer the questions they have about their faith. I want you to know we’re praying for you and hope you contemplate the evidences we provide here.
I pray that if any of you have a prayer request or praise you’ll bless us by letting us know! It’s a source of encouragement for us and also helps give us ideas of what you’d like to read!
With Love in Christ;
Michelle Grim
