False Prophecies in Doctrine and Covenants 7:7

D&C 7:5a, 7; ‘I say unto thee, Peter… And I will make thee to minister for him and for thy brother James; and unto you three I will give this power and the keys of this ministry until I come.”

Why did Jesus refer to James as Peter’s brother in the Doctrine and Covenants?

Did Jesus get confused or maybe He just didn’t know whose brother was who?
