False Prophecies of Mormonism Children Don’t Grow in Heaven

Children in Heaven Don’t Grow…Or Do They?

Journal of Discourses 6:10; “A question may be asked—”Will mothers have their children in eternity?” Yes! yes! Mothers, you shall have your children; for they shall have eternal life; for their debt is paid. There is no damnation awaits them, for they are in the spirit. But as the child dies, so shall it rise from the dead, and be for ever living in the learning of God. It will never grow: it will still be the child, in the same precise form as it appeared before it died out of its mother’s arms, but possessing all the intelligence of a God. Children dwell in the mansions of glory and exercise power, but appear in the same form as when on earth. Eternity is full of thrones, upon which dwell thousands of children reigning on thrones of glory, with not one cubit added to their stature.” – Joseph Smith, Jr., Nauvoo, Illinois, April 6, 1844

Doctrines of Salvation 2:56; “When a baby dies, it goes back into the spirit world, and the spirit assumes its natural form as an adult, for we were all adults before we were born.

When a child is raised in the resurrection, the spirit will enter the body and the body will be the same size as it was when the child died. It will then grow after the resurrection to full maturity to conform to the size of the spirit.” – Joseph Fielding Smith

Is this a joke? Why is everyone morphing into different sizes?

Their explanation of this makes me think of a return sale at a store. It didn’t make it so it’s returned from whence it came to be put back on the shelf with the other adult spirits waiting to be born in a baby’s body.

Shape shifting is actually a form of witchcraft.
