False Prophecies of Mormonism Polygamy Not Good in Eyes of God

Ether 10:5; “And it came to pass that Riplakish did not do that which was right in the sight of the Lord, for he did have many wives and concubines…”

D&C 132:4; “For behold, I reveal unto you a new and an everlasting covenant; and if ye abide not that covenant, then are ye damned; for no one can reject this covenant and be permitted to enter into my glory.”

Is polygamy okay or not? 

Why are there so many contradictions in Mormonism and why must members always have to rely on their leaders’ interpretation of what it might mean? 

Christians don’t have to worry about this kind of thing because we have His word
