Agnostics, Buddhists, Baptists, and Muslims Get Second Chance for Heaven

Meridian Magazine, ‘5 Things to Remember if Your Loved One Leaves the Church,’ July 26, 2015;

“God does not look upon sin with the least degree of allowance, but those who truly desire eternal life, in this life or in the next, will have it. Whether they are Buddhist, Baptist, Bahai, Jewish, Roman Catholic, Agnostic, Muslim, Mormon or formerly Mormon — if they desire eternal life, they will have the opportunity to get it.” – Andy Proctor

Hebrews 9:27; “And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment”.

John 14:6; “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.”

2 Corinthians 6:2; “(For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.)”

Yes indeed, today is the day of salvation! Tomorrow doesn’t belong to us, and yesterday is long ago, not to be retrieved. Today, while it’s still in the here and now, make something of yourself by accepting Him now.

Our reference today comes from the LDS Meridian Magazine, a periodical filled with news of the day, and highlights from the latest GA speeches or announcements.

The actual article was the typical ‘be nice to those who left us’ montage, which is filled with the typical Mormon innuendoes. The real meat of this article came in a comment made by its author, Andy Proctor.

As noted in the quote above, he mistakenly assured people if their loved one really wants eternal life, they can have it after they die. Tell me, what ex-Mormon would want to be a Mormon for eternity?

This man is parroting what he’s heard from his leaders without stopping to think of the tremendous lie he’s passing on to his vast audience.

The author looks like a nice enough fellow, but being nice doesn’t get us into heaven! If being baptized after you’re dead is okay, then what about Jesus’ warning to us in John 14:6? Wouldn’t it mean you’re going through others to get salvation, and not through Jesus?
