Ephesians 4:14 “That we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting”.
If ever there was a perfect example of irony, this has to be it. It’s a sad day when the Church says things like this because the leaders know they’re not telling the truth.
Another glaring fallacy in the example above is the idea that mankind builds the kingdom of God.
1.The Kingdom belongs to Jesus.
2.God builds the Kingdom through Jesus each time someone accepts Him into their heart.
Acts 2:47 “Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.”
Explain to the Mormon you know how Christianity (the Kingdom of God) grows by using this verse, or another of your favorite verses!
