Acts 2:17-21; “And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams: 18 And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy: 19 And I will shew wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and vapour of smoke: 20 The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before that great and notable day of the Lord come: 21 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.”
Romans 10:13; “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.”

God’s Promise of the Spirit… The Mormon Holy Ghost doesn’t promise to be with believers forever like the True God of the Bible has done for us as believers. Tragically, their ‘scripture’ states he can leave whenever he pleases.
With demonstrative evidence from the New Testament show the Mormon how, and why God fulfilled the promise He made in the Old Testament. Although we don’t have exact dates, it’s believed Joel lived sometime between BC 920 – 835, and lived in Israel at the time of this prophecy.

D&C 130:22-23; “The Father has a body of flesh and bones as tangible as man’s; the Son also; but the Holy Ghost has not a body of flesh and bones, but is a personage of Spirit. Were it not so, the Holy Ghost could not dwell in us. 23 A man may receive the Holy Ghost, and it may descend upon him and not tarry with him.”
