The LDS reference listed above is part of a talk given by Spencer Kimball in 1947. There has been a host of problems in his talk for numerous reasons but for today we’re focusing on the comment that one day the Lamanites will be ‘white and delightsome’.
For more info on the controversy about an Indian prophet leading their church just Google that topic with Kimball’s talk. You could spend a lifetime looking at theories of what he meant…
We’re pray the problem there is with the short subject matter is obvious.
1.Why is it important to the Church that one day the so-called Lamanites will be ‘white and delightsome’?
2.What’s the problem if someone isn’t white?
If you’re LDS what are your thoughts? Is it okay to you if someone isn’t ‘white and delightsome’?
If you’re a Christian, please share this info with a Mormon and let them know you’re praying for them!
With Love in Christ –
