Joel Osteen and Mormonism…again…

It’s a good thing there are pastors out there that know the difference between the truth and a lie.  Before we open our mouths as Christians we need to do our homework.  It goes back to my rule with my kids.  You have one mouth and two ears so use them accordingly.

Pastor Joel Osteen commented that while he believes Mormons are Christians, he’s not sure if it’s “the purest form” of Christianity.

This reminds me of the argument Jesus had with the Pharisees who told Him that He was casting out evil spirits with the power of Beelzebub.  (Matthew 12:22-27)  Jesus told them that a house divided cannot stand so my question for Pastor Osteen is;

How can you be a Christian if it’s not in its purest form?
