Grace a Fallacious Doctrine of Satan

Miracle of Forgiveness, p 206; “One of the most fallacious doctrines originated by Satan and propounded by man is that man is saved alone by the grace of God; that belief in Jesus Christ alone is all that is needed for salvation. Along with all the other works necessary for man’s exaltation in the kingdom of God this could rule out the need for repentance. It could give license for sin and, since it does not require man to work out his salvation, could accept instead lip service, death-bed “repentance,” and shallow, meaningless confession of sin.” – Spencer W. Kimball

Galatians 2:20-21; “I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me. 21 I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain.”

No Mr. Kimball, one of the most fallacious lies of Satan is to believe we’re not saved by grace. 

If we aren’t saved by grace we won’t be saved at all. Grace came down in the form of blood dripping from the Cross at Calvary. The blood spent was from God’s Son, the perfect Lamb. No amount of works or wanting to be saved by our works is sufficient.
