Joe Smith declared the BoM contains the ‘fulness of the gospel’, yet its content is missing key elements such as Passover, technicalities of how, when, where, why, and who should sacrifice what for sins to be found worthy.

On the other hand, the Lord provides a fulness of His gospel through His One and Only Son Jesus. The info here is from Holman Bible Dictionary –

FULLNESS Completeness or totality. “The earth is the Lord’s, and the fulness thereof” (Ps. 24:1). Scripture sees that nothing is really complete until it serves the purpose for which God has created it. Thus Ephesians 1:23 speaks of God as “him who fills all in all.” He is the one who gives everything its ultimate significance and richness. This fullness is most clearly expressed in Jesus Christ (Col. 1:19; 2:9) from whom all true believers receive the divine life of fullness (John 1:16; 10:10). It is a life full of joy (John 15:11) and peace despite the fact of tribulations in this world (John 16:33).” – Joe Baskin, Holman Bible Dictionary. Also see Eternal Life.
