LDS Church Can’t Follow Its Own Rules

Mormonad By Small and Simple Things “The small and simple things we are taught in the scriptures and by living prophets … result in powerful spiritual uplift and growth.” — Dallin H. Oaks

Ephesians 4:14 “That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive.”

As everyone is well aware, the Church went out its way to publicize, and change everything there is referring to the word ‘Mormon’. They went so far as to change the name of the Mormon Tabernacle Choir, and all their URL’s. You can read about this in Melissa’s article, DECEPTIVE MOVE IN MORMON CHURCH NAME PREFERENCE, she posted the day after their big announcement in August 2018.

With that in mind, we were rather surprised (cough-cough) to come across an article in the latest LDS periodical, New Era, on March 25, 2019. As you can see in its title, there’s no hint they have a problem using the word Mormon when it suits them.

Isn’t it contradictory not to change the name of the monthly posters inside their publications? The ‘Mormonad’ posters didn’t seem to take the hit like everything else in Mormonism.

The sad part about all this is the intended target. Children.

Pray for those who read their diatribe to have an uncluttered mind and hold fast to Jesus who isn’t a God of confusion like the Mormon god reveals himself to be!

With Love in Christ;

Michelle
