Do you remember the first time you read this scripture? A Christian’s reaction to this verse is one of awe. When we think of the implications it brings into our lives, we’re filled with gratitude, and a huge sense of relief knowing God, the Creator of All Things, is caring enough to worry about us, and do, what we cannot.
As you can see, Mormons are in open rebellion against Him, and openly reject everything He’s declared. The outright hatred for Him is nothing short of astonishing.

Mormon Doctrine, p. 58 “Christ is not the Author of Salvation in the sense that he created the plan of salvation, nor in the sense that he supposedly presented a plan of his own in the councils in heaven, which plan the Father supposedly adopted in preference to a less desirable one formulated by Lucifer.
