Multiple Gods and People from Other Planets

Genesis 2:7 “And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.”

Where is this enlightenment in the Bible?

The first problem I see that needs serious attention is the lie that there are multiple gods.  Our Bible is very clear when God said there are no other gods.  Isaiah 43:10-11 is merely one of hundreds of verses where God lets us know truth and how things are done.

The second thing is obvious as well.  The Bible tells us God made man from the dust of the ground.  How he ever came up with the idea people were shipped in from other planets is beyond my imagination.  It actually sounds like a bad episode of Star Trek.  While I may sound facetious with this, my heart is grieving for those caught in the snares of this lie.

After speaking with my mother this morning, it became clear once again how disappointed she is that I’m following the God of the Bible.  Before I could get into any conversation with her about it she abruptly cut the conversation off when it headed down the road of any biblical talk.  She asked me if I was tired yet of doing the work I do and when I answered that I’m not, her disappointment with me was apparent.

How I pray the Lord would open her eyes to these fallacies!
