“Whom we choose to trust is one of life’s important decisions.”
The scriptures and living prophets provide guidance and help to understand God’s truth.
“When we focus on the Savior, our faith can start to overcome our concerns.” Those who choose to be faithful, trust God and stay will be blessed.” — David P. Homer

Today let’s start with whether or not God trusts us. The Bible tells us numerous times that it’s better to put your trust in God rather than man.
There are Bible verses that state God trusts us but this is in reference to Him trusting us with His gospel. For instance, see 1 Thessalonians 2:4 –
“But as we were allowed of God to be put in trust with the gospel, even so we speak; not as pleasing men, but God, which trieth our hearts.”
The Church has proven they can’t be trusted with God’s word so Paul’s exhortation means they blew it on that as well. As a Christian my faith and trust are in God alone and not in sinful man.
Mr. Homer’s talk was yet another example of how this conference was all about Russell Nelson and had nothing to do about Christ Jesus our Lord.
To see Mr. Homer’s talk in full see General Conference, ‘Trusting Our Father’, October 2024.
Please pray for Mormons to see through all these lies!
