Proverbs 3:5-6 “Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. 6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.”

The first directives God gives to us in each verse is turn to Him and acknowledge Him. After the Lord gets that out of the way He then imparts to us what we should do and expect.
Lean not to ourselves and He will direct us.
Compare those two verses with the directives from the Mormon Church.
Mr. Kimball said to live to God and none else and in his very next breath he said learn to do as you’re told.
Consider this:
1. Has God ever told us to do something wrong? (Abram & Sarai and Adam & Eve come to mind…)
2. Where in the Bible does it say to do something and it’s none of your business?
The Bible passage above reveals the Lord has never told us it’s none of our business!
That type of leadership sounds more like a dictatorship than a relationship with God.
Unfortunately, the Church is still running the show today like they did 167 years ago.
Please pray for Mormons to follow the Lord and not the Church!
