LDS Church: We’ve Never Taught Racism

January 26 — LDS Church: We’ve Never Taught Racism. Ensign, ‘No More Strangers’, Sept 2000, p. 16 “The sin of racism will be eliminated only when every human being treats other with the dignity and respect each deserves as a beloved child of our Heavenly Father.

How grateful I am that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has from its beginnings stood strongly against racism in any of its malignant manifestations.” – Elder Alexander B. Morrison, “No More Strangers”

Jeremiah 48:10 “Cursed be he that doeth the work of the LORD deceitfully…”

How grateful I am that God saved me from the lies!

For years I used to think I had imagined it was my fault or that I misunderstood what they said. Come to find out God had opened my eyes and ears and was protecting me all along.

Today I pray for those going through the same things I went through for 30 years. I am convinced that if He saved me, He can save anyone!

The LDS Church has been racist since its inception and to state otherwise is nothing short of a lie. For proof all one has to do is open the books Joseph Smith produced way back in 1829-1830. We have a list of all those references in an article here – Racist Mormon Scriptures.

Although this LDS talk is from 2000, their canon hasn’t changed which speaks for itself.

Please, pray for Mormons to question what their leaders teach and for Jesus to intervene.

With Love in Christ –

Michelle
