LDS Taught Lies to Tell Kids

Children are to be taught, by word and example, before and after they have “arrived unto the years of accountability before God.” …  As we nurture and prepare our children, we allow for their agency…and we never, ever, give up on them. Romans 5:12 “Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned”.

Romans 7:14 “For we know that the law is spiritual: but I am carnal, sold under sin.”

Deuteronomy 6:6-7 “And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart: ⁷ And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up.”

We pray those who listened to and watched this woman’s talk will know that what she said is full of lies. We’re also praying she would open her heart and the Bible to truth!

As we’ve said before, where is the two-year-old that isn’t selfish? Did you as a parent ever have to teach your kid to lie? These things are inherent in every person on earth.

It’s indeed tragic the person giving this advice was the leader of the youngest group of LDS members. She could’ve given the same advice the Lord gave in Deuteronomy.

Ask your Mormon friend/loved one for their opinion about Ms. Jones’ talk and be sure to show from the Bible why God would highly disagree with her.
