Death is Like the Loss of an Arm

 August 17 – John 8:44 “Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.”

Notice where Jesus says that death comes from…He says that it comes from the devil.

Compare it with what’s taught for today’s lesson.

Furthermore, the statement that suicide is just a change of scenery has to be one of the most outrageous thing someone could ever say.
