The name of that tower is called the Edmunds-Tucker Act of 1887.  Many states had laws prohibiting polygamy and the Federal Government passed an umbrella law if you will, to ensure it was illegal across the nation.

Count up another false prophecy for the Mormon Church. Sadly no one is Salt Lake is keeping track.
