Answers to Gospel Questions 3:207; “Question: “Why did Christ have to shed his blood in the atonement to relieve us of the responsibility of the fall?”
Answer: The reason that the blood of Christ had to be shed is because Adam was without blood before the fall. The blood came into his body afterwards. Therefore, it was necessary that the blood which came by the fall should be shed in the atonement.” – Joseph Fielding Smith
John 3:16; “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life”.
Like our example yesterday whenever we read the Bible we know we can believe God and what He’s revealed to us.
The Bible tells us God created Adam and placed him in the Garden of Eden. There is nothing in the Bible that says he lived there without having blood flowing through his veins! This is a ruse to detract our attention away from the miraculous work of God.
The saddest part of this blasphemous exposition of lies is what they’ve said about our Lord. There’s no truth in what this LDS prophet said and he’s completely lied about Jesus’ sacrifice for us when he had a perfect opportunity to lead people to the Lord. It seems the Church goes out of its way to lie and confuse people and this is one of the classic examples of how they do that.
