Ensign, ‘Joseph Smith Among the Prophets,’ June 1994; “Elder Wilford Woodruff observed: “There is not so great a man as Joseph standing in this generation…His mind, like Enoch’s, expands as eternity, and only God can comprehend his soul” (Journal History of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 9 Apr. 1837, Church Archives).” – Robert Millet
Ezekiel 13:3; “Thus saith the Lord GOD; Woe unto the foolish prophets, that follow their own spirit, and have seen nothing!”
There isn’t one single piece of definitive evidence in Mormon writings proving that Joe Smith, or any of his followers, saw God standing in front of them face to face.
Each sworn affidavit or personal diary tells us they saw God, Jesus, and everyone else with spiritual eyes. Simply translated, it means they had visions.
Why is this man, Joseph Smith, so great? Where is the proof from God that Smith’s claims really took place?
Does Mr. Millet realize the Bible says that no one knows the mind of man except for God? If he’s really a dean at BYU wouldn’t he know this?
1 Corinthians 2:11; “For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.”
