April 24 – Matthew 21:11; “And the multitude said, This is Jesus the prophet of Nazareth of Galilee.”
John 1:45-46; “Philip findeth Nathanael, and saith unto him, We have found him, of whom Moses in the law, and the prophets, did write, Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph. 46 And Nathanael said unto him, Can there any good thing come out of Nazareth? Philip saith unto him, Come and see.”

We’ve given only 2 examples to show Jesus came from the region of Galilee, who was born to Mary, an Israelite. The region was home to a people with dark olive skin, black hair, and who would look much like people in the Middle East we know today.
Ask your Mormon friend/loved one if they’ve ever thought about Jesus’ physical appearance, and why Joe Smith would say He (Jesus) was white.

3 Nephi 19:30; “And when Jesus had spoken these words he came again unto his disciples; and behold they did pray steadfastly, without ceasing, unto him; and he did smile upon them again; and behold they were white, even as Jesus.”
And why make a point out of their skin color if not to imply some superiority?
Look at the paintings depicting Jesus in whatever Mormon church you go. Typically, he is shown with various shades of blonde hair. Personally (my opinion), I believe that many Mormons, to include GA’s, do not feel that black people should hold any significant position within the church, except where the majority of the population is black. Again, just my opinion
Actually, just about any picture we see of “Jesus,” whether Mormon or not, shows him to be a white Anglo-Saxon. Nevertheless, that Smith said Jesus was white demonstrates he was a liar and the whole BOM a pack of lies.
