April 6 – Paid Pastors vs. Filthy Lucre. Is 45:13 & 1 Peter 5:2 “I have raised him up in righteousness, and I will direct all his ways: he shall build my city, and shall let go my captives, not for price nor reward, saith the LORD of hosts….Feed the flock of God which is among you, taking the oversight thereof, not by constraint, but willingly; not for filthy lucre, but of a ready mind.”

We’re picking up where we left off with Point #6 in our look at the 17 Points of a True Church. Once again if what the Church says is true, it has disqualified itself from being a true church even by their standards. The upper levels of the church, aka General Authorities, are indeed paid although it’s never been published as to how much. Even so, the Bible is clear about making sure the pastors are taken care of by the body of Christ. 1 Cor. 9:7-14, and Matt 10:10 are only two of dozens of verses which describes this subject.
1st Peter says to take care of the ministry but not with dirty money. How does this translate into not having a paid pastor in your church?
Making matters worse, the LDS Church has proven itself a false church again with the recent news they’ve been stockpiling 100 billion dollars.

“Point 6. The true church must have no paid ministry. Isaiah 45:13 & 1 Peter 5:2.”
The world’s only living prophet is keeping silent during this pandemic. How come he is not reaching out to every corner of the world, consoling people, revealing to people what God has revealed to him? He made mention of the fact that the whole world was invited to hear him speak during April’s GC.
What did Jesus say about that. The lost sheep don’t go looking for their master, but rather their master goes looking for them. The world doesn’t move to President Nelson’s drumbeat, President Nelson is supposed to be out in the world, announcing to the world who he is and then warning people to repent. He is to be a line voice on the wall, warning people.
Unless….President Nelson IS NOT a prophet of God!!
