May 15 — Contradictions from LDS Hierarchy: Whom Should You Believe? 2 Peter 2:1 “But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.”
_____
The Apostle Peter’s reminder to watch out for false teachers is an apt lesson 2,000 years later. At General Conference Dallin Oaks expressly declared Mormons must reject evil choices, but two LDS prophets proclaimed just the opposite. Here’s what Joseph Fielding Smith, and Brigham Young had to say about Adam and Eve –
Doctrines of Salvation 1:112 “DEATH FOR ALL LIFE CAME BY FALL. President Brigham Young has said: “Some may regret that our first parents sinned. This is nonsense. If we had been there, and they had not sinned, we would have sinned. I will not blame Adam or Eve. Why? Because it was necessary that sin should enter into the world; no man could ever understand the principle of exaltation without its opposite…The Lord knew they would do this, and he had designed that they should…”” — Joseph Fielding Smith
Our question today is this:
Which ‘inspired’ LDS leader would you believe? These men have demonstrated that none of them can be trusted. Lovingly share with the Mormon you know why the message Mr. Oaks delivered contradicts basic Mormon theology.

General Conference, ‘The Great Plan’ April 2020 “The divine plan for us to become what we are destined to become requires us to make choices to reject the evil opposition that tempts mortals to act contrary to God’s commandments and His plan.” — Dallin Oaks
Until members of the LDS church choose the Words of the Bible over the words of mortal men, they will forever be lost. I sometimes stand amazed at the fact that members of the church are not expressing concern over President Nelson’s lack of interaction with golbal leaders concerning this COVID19.
The Old Sarge believes that the Good Lord is using this COVID19 virus, in part, to show the members of the Mormon Church, just how disconnected it’s leaders are from God. I unerstands that President Nelson is just a heart surgeon. However, according to the Mormon Church, he is also the World’s Only Living Prophet. That is a very unique position to be in. You would think that a person occupying such a position among mankind, would be a little more proactive, vocal, busy talking to world leaders, mingling with and comforting those in need. He would be a reflection of Christ on earth today.
Hey President Nelson. Where ae you, man? The world wants to hear from it’s only living prophet.
