April 18 — Conference Quote: Rejecting Mormon God is Idol Worship. ChurchNews.com “Whatever takes precedence over worship of the Father and the Son becomes an idol. Those who reject God as the source of truth, or disavow any accountability to Him, in effect substitute themselves as their god.” — D. Todd Christofferson

Isaiah 43:10-11 “Ye are my witnesses, saith the LORD, and my servant whom I have chosen: that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me.11 I, even I, am the LORD; and beside me there is no saviour.”

Mr. Christofferson’s talk was filled with stern warnings of what is and isn’t acceptable in how to worship their god.
His words however were a ruse to confuse.
Christofferson and all other members of the Church have rejected the One and only True God of the Bible. God’s statement in Isaiah wasn’t an invitation rather it was a declaration of who He is.
The LDS Church exists because people bought the lies of Joseph Smith. How does Mr. Christofferson explain that he’s working to become a god himself? Isn’t that idol worship?
Moreover, what’s a Mormon to do if their prophet is wrong but told to follow him?
It makes me sad that my people are still falling for the lies of people like Christofferson. With that said, I want for them to stop and think about what this guy said. If he was sincere, he’d have to reject everything Mormonism has to offer and start worshiping the true God of the Bible!
Please pray for those who listened to this man! To read Mr. Christofferson’s talk in full see General Conference, ‘Worship’, April 2025.

So, according to the LDS, real Christians are idolaters.
Ironic eh? It’s a little too convenient if you ask me….
