March 6 –The first time the followers of Jesus were called Christians is recorded in Acts 11:26 “And the disciples were called Christians first in Antioch.”

Sometimes as a Mormon, it’s difficult to keep things simple. Show from the Bible that nowhere in the Old Testament is the word “Christian” ever mentioned.

In Alma 46:16 we read the prophet Moroni was praying in 76 BC. “And therefore, at this time, Moroni prayed that the cause of the Christians and the freedom of the land might be favored”.

Pray for Mormons to think about what is said in the BoM. Ask why there would be Christians before Jesus was born.
It looks like Joe Smith was making things up as he went along.
