We cut off the Gentiles just before we left Nauvoo; and they have cut us off from their fellowship. The thread is cut that has hitherto connected us; and now we have to act for ourselves and build up the kingdom of God on the earth, which we will do, by the help of the Lord; for he has decreed that his kingdom shall take the ascendancy over all other kingdoms under heaven.

This year, 2015, marks the 158th ‘anniversary’ of a tragedy in Utah history I’m sure Mormons would rather forget. If you’re unfamiliar with the event, you can read about it in an article on our front page you can access here.
Today we’re asking Christians to pray that Mormons will be aware of this ugly scar on their church’s history, and question why this happened.
