Jude 1:24-25 “Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy, 25 to the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen.”

Three Meetings with a LDS General Authority, 2012- 2013 by Grant Palmer

grantpalmerA couple of years ago I heard rumors of each Mormon apostle receiving a million bucks for signing on to become an apostle. The stipulation was he’d have to always do what he’s told, and keep mum about the transaction.

LDS Apostles Named at General ConferenceThe LDS Church has three new apostles, bringing the total count of Mormon apostles in their 185 year history to a staggering number of 100. Think about this for a moment…

Can you just imagine Jesus putting His stamp of approval on such a thing? I, for one, cannot!

Today we’re looking at the Church’s official announcement I read on their front page because quite frankly, I was appalled at the blatant lies, and utter confusion they wear like an orange field jacket out in the wild. They’ve made themselves to be a spectacle – pray that members will see this for what it is. It’s nothing but more of the same with more lies piled on to the pyramid scheme they have built.

richard-g-scottWe just read on the LDS website that Mormon apostle Richard G. Scott died today, September 23, 2015. He’s the 3rd member of the LDS General Authorities who’s passed away since July.

Once again, we’re asking for Christians to pray that his surviving family members will come to know the real Jesus through their loss.

With Love in Christ;

Past & Current Apostles

One last thing we noticed with the information we gleaned was the emphasis of how successful these men were/are in their professional lives in the 20th – 21st centuries.  We’re sure if you delve into each one individually there is more to their stories, but we found it interesting, as Melissa pointed out, none have been noted for miracles or going out to preach the word without purse or script.

The dominating story-line seemed to be the extent of your education and not so much about your love for the Lord. Every move they make is methodically planned out and meticulously performed.

One recent article from the Church’s website went so far as to tell members not to approach the General Authorities – they want people to understand GA’s aren’t there to sign autographs, or have conversations with those around them.

They seem to parade these men in white coats around to give the impression they’re unreachable, just like their god.

It all goes back to the wizard behind the curtain in the Wizard of Oz.  Pay no mind to what’s going on back there…
