Jesus is God in the Book of Mormon
1 Nephi 11:32;
1830; “. . .the Everlasting God, was judged of the world.”
Today; “The Son of the everlasting God was judged of the world.”
Isaiah 40:8; “The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our God shall stand for ever.”
Which version is truth?
If Joseph sat at his desk translating the gold plates through an illuminated rock in his hat or however he did it – which of those two “inspired words of God” was sent to him?
This is a pretty big deal! Was the everlasting God judged of the world? That means they believe Jesus is God!
Or was it the Son of the Everlasting God that was judged of the world?
Hmmm…either way it proves two things for sure.
1. The BoM isn’t the most correct book on the face of the earth as they like to claim.
2. It’s a false prophecy because this sentence in the past tense and it was supposedly written in 600 BC. How could something that took place circa 33 AD already have taken place in 600 BC?
One more thing –
If Mormons believed in a Triune God back then why did they change their beliefs?
