I’ve always found it interesting how these “men of God” invite themselves into the private marital decisions of others.
What if the couple knows that having children they’ll bring a severely disabled child into the world and they decide not to have more kids? Are they selfish or vain?
Or what if (heaven forbid!) they don’t feel God has called them to have children?
Why is it necessary to have sex to gain salvation? What kind of god demands such “works”?
The God of the Bible is benevolent, kind, patient, judicious and understanding. He looks at the heart of man and never slaps a one size fits all mandate upon His creation on marriage or having kids.
The two ordinances Jesus taught the disciples to follow was communion and baptism and the two greatest Laws is to love the Lord with all your heart and love your neighbor as yourself. Aside from that, Jesus said, there is no law.
