August 9 – Luke 8:9-11 ‘And his disciples asked him, saying, What might this parable be? And he said, Unto you it is given to know the mysteries of the kingdom of God: but to others in parables; that seeing they might not see, and hearing they might not understand. Now the parable is this: The seed is the word of God.’

As you can see here, the Lord said we would know the mysteries of the kingdom of God. The mystery when understood by His followers is Jesus Christ, and His word. Ask your Mormon friend why their teachings have made this into something it’s not. They believe their priesthood is what gives them the answers to the mystery of God.

In God’s Word (Bible) we know everything that God intends us to know on this earth. Overall, that knowledge is compared to “Looking thru a Glass Darkly” (1 Corinthians 13:12). The Mormons use men (General Authorities) to reveal things to the church that God has never said anything about..It started with JS claiming to receive revelations from God that completely contradict what God says in his Bible. The Mormons are confused because they listen to men rather than to God
