June 5 — Racist Doctrine Still Evident in Joseph Smith’s Prophecies. Matthew 28:19 “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.”

Although the Church has busied itself with announcing they abhor racism, the truth belies their true self. Throughout their BoM we’ve seen how racism is still couched within its narrative. In the LDS reference below, we see how their founder taught they should withhold the gospel from black slaves.
Since they’ve not removed, nor denounced this doctrine, we can only surmise they still believe Joseph Smith’s prophecies were true.
Their doctrine goes against everything the Lord told us to do! How can Jesus’ gospel be true in 2020, but not in 1830?

Doctrine and Covenants 134:12 “We believe it just to preach the gospel to the nations of the earth, and warn the righteous to save themselves from the corruption of the world; but we do not believe it right to interfere with bond-servants, neither preach the gospel to, nor baptize them contrary to the will and wish of their masters, nor to meddle with or influence them in the least to cause them to be dissatisfied with their situations in this life, thereby jeopardizing the lives of men; such interference we believe to be unlawful and unjust, and dangerous to the peace of every government allowing human beings to be held in servitude.”
I hope that there are at least a few members of the church that are going to find Russell Nelson’s absence of leadership during these times of civil unrest to be troubling. Nelson is said to be the World’s Only Living Prophet. This a very unique position to be in. Pres Nelson is one of a kind. Nobody else like him on the entire planet. You would think that his uniqueness would inspire him to reveal some Godly things to mankind. Everyday he sits on his rear end in SLC, is another opportunity missed to address the people of the world. You would think that the World’s Only Living Prophet would have lots to say on God’s behalf. You would think that Old Russ would be on Fox News every night speaking to humankind. Sometimes, I doubt that Russ even believes he is a true prophet . Russ is the President and Chief CEO of a huge corporation called the Mormon Church.
