If God did what He saw fit, who is man to question, or attempt to impede upon His glorious work?
Mormons I’ve spoken with have expressed surprise and sometimes doubt, when I tell them God would’ve died on the cross for one, or one billion.
They’ve obviously rejected the true Omnipotent God of the Bible.

Ether 12:12 “For if there be no faith among the children of men God can do no miracle among them; wherefore, he showed not himself until after their faith.”

Well, when your god is a man…
You’re spot on w/ that one!
See, that’s the problem with the lds ‘thing’. They try to make their god a high-falutin’ man. Read Isaiah 6 sometime. When Isaiah saw God on His throne in splender, he said…’.Woe is me, for I am undone!
Because I am a man of unclean lips.’ Seeing the holiness of God compared to the sinfulness of man was mind-blowing. We cannot imagine God. Even Davd said in Psalm 139:6, God is too wonderful (extraordinary and surpassing) to comprehend. Why make God someone man can ‘deal with’?
If you have to perform for a god as if you’re in a dog and pony show that god is untrustworthy – who knows what he/it will come up with next?
Im LDS, and your critique makes zero sense. We also agree that Christ would have died for 1 or one billion. Why? Because his sacrifice was infinite. “For it is expedient that there should be a great and last sacrifice; yea, not a sacrifice of man, neither of beast, neither of any manner of fowl; for it shall not be a human sacrifice; but it must be an infinite and eternal sacrifice.” Book of Mormon
Nor does God need help to preform miracles? Where do you guys cook up this stuff?
When taking pot shots at us its best to actually make a reasoned argument about a position we actually take… not a random straw man.
All the best
