August 22 — LDS God Created Man to Become Gods. Discourses of Brigham Young, p. 88 “The Lord created you and me for the purpose of becoming Gods like himself; when we have been proved in our present capacity, and have been faithful with all things he puts into our possession.”

The Lord created you to have fellowship with you. The best thing God can give to you or me is Himself – He loves you without conditions!
This teaching from Brigham Young is a lie from the very pits of hell.
There is no other god beside the One True God – Isaiah 43:10-11. This teaching from the LDS Church is outrageous but in the mind of a Mormon seems logical because of the way they’ve systematically brought God down to man’s level and in turn exalted man to God’s level.
This statement of Mr. Young’s is also a very clear indication of how Mormonism mimics the Hindu belief of reincarnation.
Pray for their deliverance from the grips of evil and for them to turn to Jesus!

Oh my goodness. Wonder if all Mormons even know everything their so called prophets have said or believe?. It’s amazing how naive people can be or deceived.
I’d say it’s a shot in the dark. It depends on how active you are in the Church. The more active you are, the more familiar you are with the deeper theology.
However, in this scenario they know it to be true because their goal is to be gods themselves with their own planet. That is the true meaning of Mormon salvation. Yikes!
