The concept of salvation in Christianity is quite simple. You believe in Jesus Christ and you’re saved. Likewise, believing in Christ makes one a Christian, hence the name.
In Mormonism however things aren’t quite so simple…

If belief in Joseph Smith is necessary for salvation, why aren’t Mormons known by Smith’s name? And why isn’t his name Joseph Christ?
Pray that they’ll see the problem with this and rely on Jesus, not Joseph!

Thats just ridiculous. We only need Jesus for our salvation, not Joseph Smith or any of their so called prophets. How do they come up with this stuff. They never needed Joseph Smith.

My husbands back home, he needs alot of prayers. Still has his legs. Praying for his heart ablation and vascular surgery. I know God can heal him. Just have to wait and see and pray.

You’re right about Joseph Smith! They come up with this stuff when they don’t read the Bible so your thought life goes everywhere but where it should be.
That’s why I’m always hounding on 2 Cor. 10:5… Hold all thoughts captive to Christ. (Paraphrasing)
