Although everyone knows that Joe Smith declared that everything including you and me have always existed, I found an article I thought interesting. The way he phrased Smith’s blasphemous doctrines made me stop and think about this topic in a new light.
The gravity of his lies reminds me of an octopus. After giving birth to thousands of eggs she dies. Like the octopus the lies Smith gave birth to leads to death. We posted an article about this awhile back that verifies what Mr. Jones said. See Spirit of Man not Created.
Teachings of the Prophet Joseph Smith, p. 158 “The spirit of man is not a created being; it existed from eternity, and will exist to eternity. Anything created cannot be eternal; and earth, water, etc., had their existence in an elementary state, from eternity. Our Savior speaks of children and says, Their angels always stand before my Father. The Father called all spirits before Him at the creation of man, and organized them. He (Adam) is the head, and was told to multiply. The keys were first given to him, and by him to others. He will have to give an account of his stewardship, and they to him.”
