Earlier today I received an e-mail from my good friend Ed Decker who delivered the sad news of the passing of a giant in the field of missionary works – Pat Matrisciana.
His work is part of the reason I’m a Christian today. If you’ve not heard of him, you probably know his work. The Godmakers. He was the founder of Jeremiah Films. Here’s part of Ed’s email telling me of the news – (more…)
It’s with a heavy heart I just learned our co-worker for Christ, Dave Hunt, passed away today.
I’m forever indebted to his tireless work that he produced with my good friend Ed Decker when they wrote the GodMakers in 1983. Their television interview in Oklahoma City in 1983 was the first time I heard I was in a cult. Their book and subsequent film changed my life forever – praise God!
May God bless him and his family in the days ahead.
