Numbers GameWe’ve just posted a new page with a long list of rules Mormons must obey in order to get saved. Baptism at the age of 8, missionary work at 18, the 13 Articles of Faith to be obeyed, 14 Fundamentals in Following the Prophet, 167 rules to obey as a missionary…where does it all end?

Sadly for the Mormon people they’ve been tricked into believing these lists will bring comfort in knowing what they have to do and when. What they’ve not realized is the hoops they have to jump through is nothing but a wall preventing them from having a true relationship with Jesus who already secured their freedom!

8th Article of Faith

 “We believe the Bible to be the word of God as far as it is translated correctly; we also believe the Book of Mormon to be the word of God.

 Has there ever been a topic in life that affects you so deeply that it makes it difficult for you to speak or to even write about?  If there is, then you’ll be able to relate to the pain in my heart that I have over the 8th Article of Faith.  It is rare that I am left speechless as the people in my life can certainly attest to; but this is one of those rare occurrences where this has happened.
