The first thing to keep in mind when you’re witnessing to a Mormon is how they use the English language. Many of the everyday words in a Christian’s vocabulary (or any non-Mormon) were changed by Joseph Smith and Brigham Young.
Grace, eternal, salvation, everlasting, atonement, original sin, etc, have totally different meanings for you than they do the Mormon people. Understanding their vocabulary before you meet with them helps make the best use of your time when you witness.
Having a dictionary handy or your laptop with http://www.dictionary.com website available are great tools to use!
